WCIG offers employment, disability, youth and training services across Melbourne and Geelong. With the growth of the organisation over a 30 year period, commencement of the NDIS and an emerging competitive landscape, there was a need to revitalise WCIG’s communication with a focus on the needs of their clients and amplification of the services provided by the organisation.

HeineJones worked with WCIG to craft an experience of brand and place. We developed highly effective design solutions that connected their clients to the organisations services, empowered an understanding of brand, created positive engagements, and facilitated a compelling brand story.

The challenges presented were around client behaviour and the need to make information easy and simple to understand and access. The alignment of brand values with clients was important because younger clients are used to convenience and simplified communication. Visual communication played a high importance in speaking to this market. An example of how the visual can communicate the value of WCIG is in the style, subject and selection of imagery and messages expressed on social media. Limiting and prioritizing copy and design elements on communication channels was fundamental to a successful outcome. HeineJones guided, informed and recommended a logical sequence of information hierarchy to maximise cut through and the effective of the branding program across all channel

HeineJones delivered a solution to connect, influence and inform WCIG clients, partners and staff. Through our rigorous stages of planning and research, writing and design we were able to delivery a highly successful and integrated branding, website and signage outcome.

We crafted a story for organisation which amplified WCIG’s strategic directions and vision through functional design and effective communication. We undertook a thoughtful and proven design process with WCIG , which was to listen, understand, research, translate, create, and implement.

The innovative re branding by HeineJones has ensured WCIG has remained relevant and interesting in a rapidly changing environment. Implementation of the new branding has achieved major unity and consistency across the organisation where it has inspired confidence and assuredness. HeineJones was able to fabricate a brand that simply states who they are and what they do in a collectively dynamic and inspiring way.
